Celebrity Limousine Worldwide, Inc. and it's Authorized Affiliates, to be further referred to here-in as CLW.
New England Nightlife, to be futher referred to here-in as NENL.
New England Nightlife (NENL)
NENL is a REWARDS Company createdd exclusively for the clients of Celebrity Limousine.
NENL is an informational NETWORK of whats happening in the VIP nightlife world across New England. NENL's main purpose is to cater to the clients of CLW as they book their special events, like birthday parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties etc...
VIP Packages
NENL runs VIP Packages in over 5,000 Venues by networking with each Venue or their authorized promoters through verbal or written Sponsorship Agreements.
The Liability of New England Nightlife
The following terms and conditions have been put in place for the sole reason of holding NENL and/ or it's Authorized Affiliates harmless, the evening of your special event. NENL does not charge for the information on it's website or for any of the VIP Packages advertiseed on its website. It is a non profit website created to simply help cater to the clients of CLW by advertising what happening in the nightlife across the cities throughout New England.
The Liability of Celebrity Limousine
As a Wordwide Limousine Service, CLW is liablle in the juristiction of the United States of America before many administrations. The top 4 are: The FMCSA (The Federal Motor carrier Safety Administration, the DOT,(Department of Transportation), the DTE (Department of Telecommunications & Energy) and the DPU (Department of Public Utilities). According to these (4) Administrations we are liable for ONE thing and ONE thing only - SAFETY.
Our VIP Responsibility
When it comes to adding a VIP Package to your CLW reservation, our responsibility to you (The Client), is to talk to you about your idea of a fun time. Once we have done that, our next responsibility is to assist you in event planning your evening with one of our VIP Packages according to your budget. Upon your approval, our final responsibility is to record on your contract what our Sponsorship Agreement is with either the Venue you picked, or their Authorized Promoter. Because we do not meet you the evening of your event, we are not able to "provide you with any services". Therefore, the Venue, or their Authorized Promoter, should be responsible for their own actions.
Problems
Not often, but sometimes, problems will arise with Venues. Please understand that CLW and NENL will not assume any liability at all for the Venues performance. However, we will listen to your problem and document it. If we see a consistent pattern of bad performance from a specific Venue, we will bring it before our Board of Directors and the Venues Management. if the Venue does not promise to immediatly rectify the situation we promise that the Venue will be banned from every single limousine in the network of CLW. And we promise, that nobody sends more limousines to the Nightlife Venues across New England more than CLW.
Disclaimer
All VIP Packages added to the reservations of CLW are Final. No Refunds. No Exchange. No Exceptions. The VIP Package sale price reflects the cost of limousine service, chauffeur gratuity, and the time taken to event plan your entire evening. CLW is not responsible for any changes in event times, schedules, venue themes or last minute Special Event changes. For postponed/rescheduled concert events, no exchanges, or refunds will be made. Tickets are valid for the new date. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges regarding this sale. All right are reserved. All sales are final. We appreciate your business. Thank You.
VIP Line Priviledges
VIP Line Privileges allow the clients of CLW to skip the regular line of entry into any Nightclub or Venue that has your name on the GUEST LIST under CLW at the door. VIP Line Privileges are based upon availability. When a venue is SOLD OUT or at CLUB CAPACITY, you may be denied entry, so arrive early. To confirm a time that guarantees you admission and that the venue will not be sold out, please see the Venue and/or their Authorized Promoter. Please remember, it is " your " responsibility to confirm with the Venue that your reservation name is on the Guest List for your LINE PRIVILEDGES. If, after you confirm your name is on the Guest List, for some reason, your name is taken off the Guest List, CLW in no way will be responsible for your LINE PRIVILEDGES. Only the venue should and therfore will be responsible for their actions.
VIP Admission
VIP ADMISSION at many clubs means FREE ADMISSION. At many it also means REDUCED COVER if their is a Special Event or a Special Performer coming in. Reduced Cover means you are still put on the VIP Guest List, however, due to the Special Event, you will be given a reduced cover of minimum of $5.00 - $15.00 off per person. To confirm if your VIP Admission means you FREE or REDUCED ADMISSION, please contact the Venue or the Venues Authorized Promoter listed on your VIP Contract. Please note that the VIP List at nightclubs may close down anytime from 10PM to midnight. Please remember, it is " your " responsibility to confirm with the Venue that your name is on the VIP Guest List for your VIP Admission. If, after you confirm your name is on the Guest List, for some reason, your name is taken off the Guest List, CLW in no way will be responsible for yourVIP ADMISSION. Only the venue should and therfore will be responsible for their actions.
VIP Ssections
CLW will reserve your group a VIP SECTION upon request. However, most clubs are going to have a DRINK MINIMUM ORDER of approximately $20 - $45 per person. VIP SECTIONS change from club to club. Some sections have just couches. Some have booths with a table. For specific details please ask the Venue or their Auttthorized Promoter listed on your VIP Reservation. CLW in no way assumes any liability at all for your VIP SECTION. If, after you confirm your VIP SECTION, for some reason, their is a problem the night of your event, and/or your VIP SECTION becomes unavailable, CLW in no way will be responsible for your VIP SECTION. Only the venue should and will be responsible for their actions.
VIP Dress Code
Most clubs are going to have a DRESS TO IMPRESS dress code. No ripped or baggy jeans, work boots, sneakers, hats, hoodies, jerseys or sportswear. If you are not sure what the exact dress code is please ask your VIP Host or contact the venue direct. If you are told the dress code is one thing and when you arrive you are told its another, CLW in no way will be responsible for your DRESS. Only the venue should and will be responsible for their actions.
VIP Themes
Many Clubs have special nights or THEME NIGHTS. To find out if a club is promoting costumes or a special dress, please ask the Venue or their Authorized Promoter.
Drink Specials
Many Venues offer a variety of DRINK SPECIALS. Some offer BUY 1 GET 1 SPECIALS, some offer $3 Drinks, some offer a LIMITED OPEN BAR etc... to confirm your DRINK SPECIAL at the Venue you are attending, please call the Venue of their Authorized Promoter.
Please note, that sometimes the DRINK SPECIAL PROMOTIONS are based around a specific time. Again, please contact the Venue for any restrictions. If you are told the DRINK SPECIAL is one thing and when you arrive you are told its another, CLW in no way will be responsible for your DRINK SPECIAL. Only the venue should and will be responsible for their actions.
